The Moorings is located just north of the Old Naples area and just south of Park Shore and offers some of the most luxurious single family and condominium properties available in the Naples, Florida real estate market. The Moorings high-rise community is located beach side on the much sought after Gulf Shore Boulevard with nearly all of the units offering Gulf, Bay and/or City views.

Moorings single family homes sites are mostly known for the excellent Gulf access opportunities but there are many homes located throughout the community that offer golf course views and a very central location to just about anything you would want to be close to in Naples.
The Moorings was one of the first communities to be built in early Naples with some of the homes and condos dating back to the 1950's. The Moorings Country Club was renovated in 2007 and many homes have been torn down and rebuilt within the last several years so it's quite possible to locate magnificent properties that are newly built. The first co-op building, The Bahama Club was built in 1956. The newest building, The Sancerre which was completed in 2003.

The Moorings golf course is an 18 hole Par 63 golf course, designed to meet USGA specifications, a challenge to any golfer, yet not intimidating. There are 9 par 3's and 9 par 4's makes for fun and interesting play. Carts are available, but not required, as many find the pleasure of walking the handsomely landscaped course nearly as enjoyable as the golf itself!
