Naples Cay is a Naples Florida beachfront community located comfortably between Pelican Bay and Park Shore. Equity Sound Development Group began development of Naples Cay in the mid 80's with the first building (Westshore) coming to completion in 1988. Club at Naples Cay and Beach House were completed in 1990. Shortly after, Seapoint achieved certificate of occupancy in 1991. Resort Development acquired the remaining interest and developed Baypointe which was completed in 1996 before selling the remaining parcel of property to WCI where Seasons at Naples Cay sits today.
